Waldeck’s Divisional Director, Neale is responsible for Waldeck’s Board of Directors and the company’s wider project delivery, operating as the Divisional Director of Civil Engineering and Built Environment for the wider Morson Engineering Group.

Neale is a Mechanical Engineer by trade, with over 25 years’ experience working within the engineering landscape, particularly across the Aerospace, Nuclear, Process and Power industries.

His experience covers managing large engineering and technical delivery teams across the design, construction and asset management lifecycle.
