Project overview
Waldeck were appointed by Lindum Group & Platform Housing to develop a social housing feasibility scheme for a green field site in Whatton, Nottinghamshire.
OUR SOLUTION
Our Architecture team worked alongside the local authority and planning consultants to design a site layout that is based on local vernacular which responds to its context and surrounding built environment.
All the plots and dwellings on the site meet the current Technical design standards and National space requirements. The site consists of 32 number detracted and semi detracted dwellings with 2-3 bedrooms with amenity space to front and rear with off street car parking.
The site also has a plan open space landscaping area and main access road which are designed around the existing site constraints.n Crawley.
