Nearly 150 mentees and mentors from across Waldeck and Morson Projects gathered for a day of celebration, connection, and professional growth.
This year also marked the debut of the Early Careers Development Programme Awards, a new initiative recognising individuals who embody and demonstrate our company’s core values of Care, Collaboration, Courage, and Curiosity.
One of the event’s highlights was the announcement of the Courageous Award winner:
Recognising a Commitment to Courage
The Courageous Award was scored based on the nominee’s ability to take initiative and step outside their comfort zone, their resilience in the face of challenges, their decision-making skills and their advocacy for their team and projects.
The judges were seeking someone who showed their resilience when faced with setbacks or failures in projects, maintaining a positive outlook and motivating others to persevere.
