Waldeck has been shortlisted for the Lincolnshire Media Business Awards 2017, under the Education, Training and Skills category, for their on-going Graduate Training Scheme.
Driven from the company’s head office in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, and attracting graduates from across Europe, the scheme kick-starts the graduates’ careers with a 12-week training programme, which covers a variety of modules including:
- Civil and Structural Engineering
- Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Digital Twin Solutions
- Health and Safety
- Commercial awareness
Veronica Ruby, Associate Director and Head of Training and Development at Waldeck, said: “It is great to be recognised locally for our Graduate Training Scheme, which attracts graduates from across Europe.
“We are delighted to welcome our second cohort of graduates this month, who will be based across four of our offices; Sleaford, Sheffield, Peterborough and Newark within our multi-disciplinary design teams. There will be a huge focus on collaboration, as they are embedded into our digital way of working.”

The award winners, will be announced at a presentation evening, sponsored by Siemens, on Tuesday 17th October at the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground.
